I was born in 1976 in Phichit Province, in the lower northern region of Thailand. I entered military preparatory school in Bangkok at the age of 17. After graduating from the Police Academy, I began my legal career at the age of 22 as an interrogative officer. My duties included gathering evidence to prove the guilt or innocence of suspects before summarizing the case file and submitting a recommendation to indict or dismiss the case to the public prosecutor for prosecution in court. My work in the Royal Thai Police gave me experience in criminal law, including laws with criminal penalties, as well as evidence gathering, negotiation, the art of questioning victims, suspects, and witnesses, and the adjudication of criminal cases in court. During my time in the police force, I furthered my studies at the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University, and passed the Bar Examination (62nd class).

Then, at the age of 35, I resigned from the police force to work in the LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC). My work involved prosecuting suspects accused of manipulating stock prices (stock manipulation), insider trading, or various forms of fraud committed by executives of publicly traded companies. Working here provided me with a comprehensive view of the global flow of capital and an understanding of business mindset. It also honed my skills in advanced evidence gathering, where all information is interconnected via the internet and stored in log files.

At age 40, I resigned from the Securities and Exchange Commission, believing I could run my own business better than being a salaried employee subject to annual performance evaluations. This marked the beginning of Anan Regal Services Law Firm. In my legal work serving both Thai and foreign clients, I have always upheld the principles of Speed of Trust, Integrity, and Transparency. These three values have consistently protected me from headaches and blemishes.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Brian William Vincent, Managing Director of Blue Water Business Systems, LLC, my American friend, who has always been there to advise, support, and stand by me in matters of language, law, Western perspectives, as well as life and work.
